 Contemporary Porcelain Handmade in Scotland

My Work

I make wheel-thrown ceramics using porcelain clay in my home studio in Aberdeen. I make a selection of individual decorative pieces for the home along with some tableware and functional pieces. develop my glazes with the aim of creating interesting surfaces and finishes with a variety of glaze effects.

Work can be purchased from my web store where I will update work every few weeks. Every now and again I will have a samples and seconds sale.

All my pieces are made from Audrey Blackman Porcelain and fired to 1260 C so are strong and durable enough for everyday use. All the glazes apart from one liner glaze are made and developed by myself from raw materials. A description of my glaze development process will soon be in my blog.

If you would like a variation of the stock that is displayed please get in touch
